Welcome to Thursday and the last day of November.

Say goodbye to November and tomorrow will be the last month of 2023.


As we get ready for a new cycle and passing through to another year, let us reflect this past year on all your positive outcomes.


Finding the meaning behind life’s challenges, changes, and daily happenings is not always easy.

You hurt and you heal, you build and release, and it is all part of the same process, it is life.


Each season is a signal that you are not stuck.


And even though you will lose some things, you are strong enough to keep going long after you think you cannot.

In the most unlikely of places, you make real connections.


Grace finds you.


You will see worthwhile things growing in the dirt of imperfection.


Hope can carry you through every phase, every season, that is what hope does.

Have gratitude for the turning of the new year.


And may you attune your hearts to the renewal of 2024.

OUR LIVES ARE MADE UP OF CYCLES.

Everything comes and goes in a cyclical manner.


The quicker we embrace the cycles in our lives, the faster we can accept what is.


Just like a river flow through a canyon, we too must allow life to flow, holding loosely to what we have because it is only passing through.

Today, give gratitude for all that is in your life and open to all that wants to flow into it.


PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.


Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.


It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.


For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.


This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.


May this be a time of positive changes and growth for you, both personally and professionally.


May you find new opportunities to learn, to love, and to be kind.


May you overcome any challenges you may face and emerge stronger and wiser than before.

Remember, every day is a new chance to make a difference in the world and in your own life.


So let us embrace this moment and look forward to all the wonderful things that lie ahead.
