There is a voice that does not use words. Listen!

Hello followers,

How is your Tuesday coming along?

Are you listening to your inner voice?

Yes, intuition is our ability to know and understand something instinctively, without the need for conscious reasoning.

We are all equipped with an intuition that is potent and trustworthy to our true path.

Trusting our intuition is the ultimate act of trusting ourselves.

However, most of us forget about or ignore the inner knowing instinct.

Dan and I listened to our inner voices and continued to strive to keep our bodies healthy.

Also, have captured our inner voice with our experiences.

Through pictures and my experiences, Dan and I shared Mexico with you the viewers and is on the page How Safe Is Mexico - https://www.thejourneytogoodhealth.com/how-safe-is-mexico

In capturing Mexico, I realized that all the warnings from the USA to go to Mexico was not true.

Mexico, just like the United States has different climates and as well crime in different places.

So, when they stated that Mexico was unsafe, that was not all true.

We live in a world that has good and evil; you just must know what areas are good.

Just like when we decided to move back to the states, Virginia; Roanoke area suited our needs and is right at the entrance of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

The past three years, I have been posting areas that Dan and I have visited and thought how many of us know just what took place back during the Civil War.

Dan and I have decided to dedicate the rest of this year with our experiences and knowledge of the Civil War, through museums and to the countryside where many soldiers died to give us freedom in America.

Let us not ever forget what took place and why it happened in the first place.

And I welcome you to visit Mexico, the Guadalajara area, and Virginia if you have not yet done so.

Both places have so much history that date way, way back.

Continuing with a town near where Dan and I live, Salem.

In September 1671 two explorers, Thomas Batts and Robert Fallam recorded a three-day visit to Totero Town.

This was a Native American village believed to have been along the Roanoke River near what is today the Moyer Sports Complex.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

OUR HEARTS SPEAK VOLUMES.

We can learn and grow from intuitive clues if we know how to listen in stillness.

Intuition gives signs as to how we can fulfill our desires and take necessary actions to make our dreams come true.

To find your intuition, take some time to sit in silence.

While sitting in silence, listen to what your heart has to say.

It may take practice, but in time you will recognize your inner voice.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Wednesday, intuition is the key to everything.

I think you could have an intellectual ability,

but if you can sharpen your intuition, which they say is emotion

and intellect joining together, then a knowingness occurs.
