There is a voice that does not use words. Listen.
Hello Followers,
HAPPY HUMP DAY!
Are we ready for Wednesday?
Did you know intuition is a term that can be described in many ways?
Some people say intuition is the ability to understand something without any reasoning process, or as sixth sense.
An insight, your inner voice, a feeling in the pit of your stomach, a hunch, or an innate knowing.
Dan and I like to think of it as a feeling that guides us.
I just know if something is not right, and I pull back from it.
The more I really listen to this feeling, the better I get at noticing it the next time.
Sometimes, the feeling is subtle and sometimes it is loud and might as well have flashing lights.
Albert Einstein spoke a lot about the force of intuition.
How do you develop intuition?
It is difficult for many people to become naturally intuitive, but there are a few things that might help: meditation and mindfulness practices like yoga; paying attention when feelings come up spontaneously; practicing empathy with others’ challenges; learning about yourself through journaling; being open to the wisdom of others and considering your past experiences with your intuition.
Do you have strong intuition?
This video outlines eleven signs of a highly intuitive person and explains what it means to have powerful intuition.
What is intuition, anyway?
Well, it is linked to both psychology and spirituality, and it is a lot more than just having a gut instinct; it is about being able to sense things without even trying.
What makes someone highly intuitive is their natural ability to tap into their intuition as often as possible so that they can get really clear on what needs attention at any given moment in time or sometimes even before anything happens.
If you want to know how to use your intuition or how to listen to your intuition, then this video will help you get an idea of where you stand when it comes to using your own internal guidance system.
If nothing else, this list will give you some insight into what makes highly intuitive people so good at intrinsically knowing things!
Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

WHEN YOUR INTUITION SPEAKS, it is unmistakable.
Sometimes it is a gut feeling.
Sometimes it is a feeling in your heart.
Intuition speaks in different ways to each one of us.
Take some time to locate how your intuition speaks to you.
Listen to your inner voice and recognize your inner hunches or truth signals.
The more you act on your intuition, the stronger it becomes.
Eventually your intuitive cues will be unmistakable.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
Today we will explore our inner body and all its sensations.
We will reconnect with the language we always knew how to speak: our intuition.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.
Until Thursday, the more you trust your intuition; the more empowered you become,
the stronger you become, and the happier you become.
