There is nothing permanent except change.

Hello Followers,

Welcome to Sunday and the upcoming week of Thanksgiving.

ENJOY LIFE for nothing is permanent only change.

We as humans keep evolving and growing to new situations and patterns.

Life is all about embracing change and growing.

With the time ticking everything keeps replenishing itself.

So, whether it is a pain of a sad heartbreak or a financial crunch every trouble is temporary and will change for good.

Likewise, even love and good things in life may fade away gradually.

Live life to the fullest and be present now.

No worries of the future or regrets of the past will matter in the long run.

ENJOY LIFE-

So, Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

These uplifting videos hold a significant place in our lives.

They offer a glimpse into the wisdom of our experiences.

NOTHING IS PERMANENT NOT EVEN OUR TROUBLES

Nothing is permanent in this world, not even our troubles.

Our life on this earth is like a flowing river in which nothing remains.

All the things will pass away with the span of time, nothing stays with us forever.

When we face difficulties or challenges or when our life is surrounded by troubles we feel as though it’s permanent without realizing that nothing is permanent in this temporary world.

When we look at those difficulties and challenges from our own way of understanding life it may look fixed and static, but the reality of life says it is temporary.

Your worries are not permanent.

Your pain is not permanent.

Your failure is not permanent.

Your sickness is not permanent.

Your anxiety is not permanent.

Your sadness is not permanent.

Your depression is not permanent.

Your loneliness is not permanent.

All these too shall pass away with the span of time.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

November 19th

YOU ARE MEANT TO ENJOY LIFE.

Nothing is permanent.

If you are going through a transition, think about the joy that will come when you get through whatever you are dealing with.

Your soul becomes stronger with each change.

Find adventure during this time.

Enjoy the new vistas and memories you are making.

Happiness is always available to you.

Let go of the way you think things need to go and relax into the journey.

RECAP OF THE WEEK

Going with the flow is a kind of journey that everyone should try once.

There are two ways of spreading light; to be the candle or the mirror that reflects it.

There is no happier person than a truly thankful, content person.

When you live with grace and gratitude, happiness enters your life.

People with great passion can make the impossible happen.

Focus on the journey, not the destination. Joy is found not in finishing an activity but in doing it.

You are an amazing, unique person, and are destined to stand out from the crowd.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

This 10-minute guided meditation should bring you deeply into the moment, making a deep connection to the now, and realizing that in this moment, nothing else matters.

What a liberating feeling!

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words walk, meditation, and QiGong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Monday, never try to make permanent decisions on temporary things.
