Hello followers,

Right now, I’m painting by numbers this oil picture of a turtle that my daughter gave me last year.
It has motivated me to do something like this for the first time.
This brings me to the next reason; challenges will motivate you.
“I dare you to do it!”
Remember this game?
There was no better motivation to do something absurd.

CHAPTER 12; FIGHT FAIR WITH UNFAIR PEOPLE
LOVE IS WHAT HOLDS HEARTS TOGETHER WHEN MINDS DISAGREE!
MIND GAMES; TACTICS
TALKING THROUGH THE PROBLEM
PREPARATION IS THE KEY TO HAVING A PRODUCTIVE CONVERSATION
Some therapists encourage those whose relationship seems stalemated in conflict to move on, not looking back.
They argue that if you haven’t been heard before, you won’t be heard now.
But if you are in the relationship for the long haul, what do you have to lose by trying to resolve problems, except an unhappy status quo?
Limping along is not acceptable to someone who wants to live victoriously.
You need to find a new way to bring resolution to differences.
Continue tomorrow, CONFRONTATION -
Last year, Dan and I have been posting, this is the time to get ready for food and remedies that
heal; alchemy of herbs.
Continuing on the herb; TEA and the benefits.
It’s amazing what and how tea can help keep your body healthy?
Put the kettle on, because we’re sharing some of the biggest benefits hidden in the world’s most
popular teas.
It’s time for TEA RECIPES!
Today, MAKE YOUR OWN EARL TEA –
Earl grey tea is black tea that has been flavored with the citrus fruit bergamot, which comes to us from Italy and other Mediterranean areas.
Originally the tea may have been mixed with the actual bergamot peels, but these days it is usually made with essential oil.
You can easily make your own tea blend at home, so you can control the strength of flavor,
Use less essential oil for subtler effect, more oil for a stronger effect.
The cornflower doesn’t add much flavor, but makes a beautiful blend, it can be omitted if you can’t easily find it.
Ingredients:
10 to 15 drops bergamot essential oil
1 cup loose-leaf black tea
¼ cup dried orange peel
2 tablespoons dried cornflowers
1 vanilla bean, minced finely
Cream, to taste
Honey, to taste
Instructions:
A. Pour the bergamot essential oil into a 1-pint glass jar.
1. Put a lid on the jar and shake well to distribute the essential oil all over the inside.
2. Add the tea leaves.
3. Cover and shake well for about 30 seconds.
4. Then add the rest of the ingredients and shake well.
5. This tea blend can be made into tea immediately, but better to let cure for a couple of days to allow the flavors to combine.
6. Store in a cool, dark place and use within 6 months
B. To brew your Earl Grey, bring 1 ¼ cups water to a boil.
1. Place 1 to 2 teaspoons of the tea blend into a tea mug or large tea infuser.
2. Avoid cramming the herbs into a small tea infuser, its’ better for them to have room to expand and move around.
3. Cover your tea with just-boiled water.
4. Let steep, covered for 3 to 5 minutes, strain.
5. Enjoy immediately with cream and honey for taste.
As Dan and I begin a new year, this is our PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.
If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.
Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.
Today is:
THERE IS A GREATER GIFT THAN THE TRUST OF OTHERS.
THAT IS TO TRUST ON ONESELF.
SOME MIGHT CALL IT CONFIDENCE; OTHERS NAME IT FAITH.
BUT IF IT MAKES US BRAVE , THE LABEL DOESN'T MATTER ... FOR IT'S THE THING THAT FREES US, TO EMBRACE LIFE ITSELF.
KEEP YOU MOTIVATED
There’s always a new challenge to keep you motivated. #theres#always#new#challenging#keepyou#motivated#inspirational#newyear2022❤️
