Things will come and go in life, nothing is permanent.

Hello Followers,

Welcome to Tuesday!

It is this very second that we are living in.

Stop for a moment and look around.

What do you see?

Just remember that this very moment is not permanent.

There is nothing permanent except change.

This saying was spoken by Heraclitus, the Greek philosopher, which meant that change is the only constant and reality in nature.

Be it our work, career, circumstances or relationships, nothing is permanent, and everything keeps changing.

In life we have good and bad situations, but none of them last forever.

Just like the seasons, the tide and the time, life is always changing and nothing is permanent forever.

We as humans also keep evolving and growing to new situations and patterns.

Life is all about embracing change and growing.

With the time ticking everything keeps replenishing itself.

So. whether it is a pain of a sad heartbreak or a financial crunch, every trouble is temporary and will change for good.

Likewise, even love and good things in life may fade away gradually.

The takeaway is to live life to the fullest and be present now.

No worries of the future or regrets of the past will matter in the long run.

So, Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

These uplifting videos hold a significant place in our lives.

They offer a glimpse into the wisdom of our experiences.

Life is a constant river of change, and we need to learn to flow with it to live stress-free.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

October 3rd

THE WIND CARRIES THINGS AWAY and brings other things closer.

It does not think about the destination; it just blows where the current takes it.

As the wind travels, it picks things up only to set them down in a new location.

The wind does not hold on tight, because it knows nothing is permanent.

The spirit of wind is letting go.

Be like the wind, releasing and receiving as needed.

Be fluid, given that nothing in life is permanent.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

With this mindfulness guided meditation, you will learn how to go with the flow instead of resisting change.

To relieve stress and anxiety we should be aware that nothing lasts forever.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Wednesday, nothing is permanent in life.

So, we need to learn just enjoy the present!
