Hello Followers,

The other day, Dan and I started to blog on; learning to live life to the fullest which is an important step in making the most of every day.

One of the most important steps to learn to keep your body cells happy, decide what’s important to you.

Whether it’s taking care of your children, working hard on your career, writing a new blog post each day, or baking up fabulous creations, you get to decide how you enjoy spending your time.

Your parents, friends, community, and society in general all have their opinions, but at the end of the day, you’re the only person who will be around for every moment of your life.

Do what makes you happy, and everything else will fall into place.

This may not mean finding your perfect job if you’re limited by education, location, or job openings.

However, you can still do what you love by engaging in hobbies, volunteer work, or mentoring.

Want to discover what’s important for you?

Break free and design the life you want.

Figure out what truly matters to you so you can align your everyday life and start to live the life you want.

Your body cells will thank you for it!

It’s JULY – 5th, Dan and I thought on continuing this segment with the series with some fun; What is it about July that’s so significant during this month?

Pet Remembrance Day – July 5, 2022

Pet Remembrance Day is celebrated every year on July 5 in the United Kingdom to commemorate beloved companion animals that have passed away.

Did you know that dogs, which were the first domesticated animals, were also the first pets?

Pet Remembrance Day was created by “Pets Magazine” and Lars Anderson, founder of Arty Lobster; a 3D printing company.

On Pet Remembrance Day, pet owners gather together and share fond memories of their deceased pets, their photos, and the beautiful moments they had when they were alive.

Today Dan and I will be sharing our memories with our past dog Buddy and our birds, Bandit and Peachy.

Bandit was our cockatiel which we had for twenty-five years; he was part of our family even before our daughter; Danielle was even in the picture.

Dan taught it to say; pretty, pretty bird and bandit bird.

He even would whistle, I’m in the Army now.

Buddy our dog, we had for fourteen years.

Every evening when Dan would come home, there was Buddy wanting some loving.

They will be in our hearts forever.

All companion animals are celebrated on Pet Remembrance Day, including dogs, cats, horses, and ferrets.

The history of pet ownership can be traced to when humans began to domesticate animals.

It is believed that dogs were the first animals to be domesticated, and they also became the first pets.

According to archaeological evidence, human ownership of dogs as pet’s dates back to about 12,000 years ago.

Scholars believed the main reason for this companionship between humans and dogs was the benefits they derived from each other.

With the dog’s speed, powerful jaws, and tracking abilities, they helped humans catch prey while they got back a constant supply of food and warmth.

Around this period, humans began burying dogs and cats with their owners, and they were sometimes given notable burials with high-value items placed in their graves.

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

LIFE IS ABOUT NOT KNOWING, HAVING TO CHANGE, TAKING THE MOMENT AND MAKING THE BEST OF IT, WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT’S GOING TO HAPPEN NEXT.

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 17; WHEN YOU WANT TO HELP

IF YOU WANT SOMETHING TO BE DIFFERENT, YOU MUST DO SOMETHING DIFFERENTLY-

HELPING TO PROTECT

Help isn’t always welcome or not accepted.

If you have experienced pleading unsuccessfully with an adult child not to return to an abusive lifestyle, you know the pain of watching someone destroy their own life.

Perhaps your tears and pleading fall on the deaf ears of a daughter who determines to marry a disaster-about-to-happen.

Some have loved ones who freely return to cults from which they have been rescued.

Still, don’t let the failures stop offering help.

Though some won’t make it, others will.

Continue tomorrow-

Continuing on the herb; ASTRAGALUS and the benefits, It’s the last herb from the book ALCHEMY OF HERBS by Rosalee De La Foret.

Astragalus has such a mildly sweet flavor.

Astragalus slows or prevents the growth of tumors.

Many recent screenings have shown the success of astragalus saponins, flavonoids and polysaccharides in decreasing or eliminating tumors.

In instances of chemoresistance treating liver cancer, astragalus has shown potential in reversing multidrug resistance and as an addition to conventional chemotherapy, according to a study published in the Journal of Pharmacy and Pharmacology.

The PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.
