Prepare your ears, Christmas music is coming.
SPECIAL EDITION THIS WEEK ON SERIES CHRISTMAS WAVES A MAGIC WAND OVER THE WORLD AND ON LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE. BONUS ON HAPPINESS!
Hello Followers,
Dan and I can’t believe that in two more days it will be Christmas.
Two weeks ago, Dan and I got all our Christmas CD’s and records together.
We decided together that we will start decorating and listen to Christmas music the day after Thanksgiving, no earlier.
The professionals state, Christmas music can have an effect on our mental health; either triggering a sense of joy in its listeners or sadness and anxiety in connection with all things associated with the holidays.
Let’s face it, you either love or hate Christmas music.
It’s the most beloved holiday of the year in the U.S. and the vast majority of us find a deep sense of joy from the holiday season, including the music.
After all, Christmas tunes wouldn’t fill radio stations during the holidays if people didn’t turn up their car radios and drive around to listen to them.
However, with everything that goes along with that, from having to remember to get presents for everyone to the financial burden of buying said presents, traveling home to see family, and for some entertaining personal and professional guests, it can also be a very stressful time for many of us as well.
And whether you find great joy in the holidays or stress and anxiety, nothing reminds us of the holidays more than the music.
Music has a powerful ability to conjure up emotions in connection with old memories.
And so, depending on how you remember past holidays will affect how you feel when you hear those classic Christmas tunes.
Christmas message from 2015
This is the year that I am most thankful for.
I am humble for the past and will continue to grow in the future.
I wish everyone peace and fulfillment in the coming year.
Much Love

101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS; by Mike Annesley.
Since all the research of keeping healthy, leads to making your cells happy; this book will help your mental health to be happy.
That is the first step in keeping your cells happy and keeping your body healthy.
CHAPTER 2; HAPPILY, PEACEFUL
CULTIVATE OPTIMISM
Optimistic people tend to be healthier as well as happier, perhaps because they look after themselves more.
To be optimistic you need to compartmentalize your larger problems and treat mistakes as learning opportunities.
Winston Churchill offered wise words on this; A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity, an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty.
Although it is to some degree a character trait, you can cultivate optimism through mindful self-reflection; looking back to past situations and outcomes and how you responded.
Perhaps each apparently negative outcome had its positive side?
Today will continue the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.
Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.
A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 11; MAKE ANGER YOUR ALLY
TO TURN ANGER INTO AN ALLY, PARTNER WITH IT.
Today on MANIPULATOR - the third of the five anger-management styles
Manipulators are; I never get angry people.
They exhibit superior self-control; never rage, raise their voice, or use curse words.
Yet as anger begins to seethe, they target victim with guilt, sarcasm, and innuendos.
Manipulators are unable to recognize their own anger.
They don’t see that their snide remarks, put-downs, sneaky tricks, or jokes are really expressions of their anger.
They say, just kidding or I didn’t mean anything by it, and think they are speaking the truth.
Continuing on Tomorrow on MANIPULATOR - the third of the five anger-management styles
This is the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs.
In the coming week, Dan and I will be blogging the benefits of LEMON BALM.
It’s amazing what and how lemon balm can help keep your body healthy?
Should you ever avoid using lemon balm?
Since lemon balm tea has such potent sedative effects, certain individuals may need to clear its use through their doctor before adding lemon balm tea or essential oil to their diet.
Lemon balm may cause some adverse reactions with certain medications.
You should avoid using lemon balm if you already use sleeping medication, such as Ambien, as the tea can amplify the effects of the drug, leaving you feeling hungover and groggy the following day.
There is some research that shows that lemon balm may cause an adverse reaction in people who are using antiretroviral drugs, such as those used to treat HIV.
People who are dealing with the effects of degenerative vision diseases, glaucoma, may also find it best to avoid using lemon balm tea and essential oil.
The oil can cause excessive pressure to build behind the eyes, exacerbating the symptoms of the condition.
Patients undergoing a surgical procedure should avoid using lemon balm 48-hours before their surgery date.
The lemon balm may cause complications with the anesthetic.
