Time is what we want most, but what we use worst.
CONTINUING THE BLOG ON THE SERIES, DON’T LET YOUR ALARM CLOCK, BE THE ONLY REASON YOU WAKE UP AND ON LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE. PLUS, THE BOOK TEN-MINUTE RELAXATION FOR MIND AND BODY.
Hello Followers,
As we live our lives at the fullest, the most important element is quit being so serious 24/7.
Would you please have a sense of humor and smile?
Not everything is a matter of life and death.
Feel free to take time off from playing the role of Captain Serious and joke around and act stupid.
Laughter helps people live longer, while also reducing blood pressure.
The world would be a better place if we would all quit taking ourselves so seriously and live the moment.
So, this Thursday let’s start smiling and live your life to the fullest.
JULY – 28th, Dan and I thought on continuing this segment with the series with some fun; What is it about July that’s so significant during this month?
World Nature Conservation Day – July 28, 2022
This day stresses the need for preserving a healthy environment and natural resources to maintain a stable and healthy society.
Saving plants and animals that face the threat of extinction is one of the primary goals of World Nature Conservation Day.
Also, the celebrations emphasize keeping the various components of nature such as flora, fauna, energy resources, soil, water, and air intact.
In addition, World Nature Conservation Day underlines the need for preserving the environment for future generations.
We are therefore tasked with the need to leave a healthy planet for those coming after us to enjoy.
Human activities during the last century have had a devastating impact on natural vegetation and other resources.
The quest for rapid industrialization and cutting down of forest cover to make space for the ever-growing population has caused climate change and other environmental implications.
As much as awareness about environmental conservation has increased in the past few years, there is still a long way to go before positive steps show their results.
In recent times, the need for conserving the environment has become more evident.
The relentless human overexploitation of resources has led to unusual weather patterns, destruction of wildlife habitats, extinction of species, and loss of biodiversity.
Sadly, this is the norm the world over.
That’s why organizations like the International Union for Conservation of Nature (I.U.C.N.) are important.
In the first decade of its existence, the organization focused on examining how human activities affected nature.
It also promoted the use of environmental impact assessments, which have been widely adopted across industries.
In the 1960s and 1970s, most of the I.U.C.N.’s work was directed toward the protection of species and their habitats.
In 1964, the I.U.C.N. founded the I.U.C.N. Red List of Threatened Species, which is currently the world’s most comprehensive data source on the risk of global extinction of species.
In the 2000s, the I.U.C.N. introduced nature-based solutions.
These are actions that conserve nature while also addressing global challenges such as climate change, security of food and water, and poverty alleviation.
The I.U.C.N. is currently the world’s largest and most diverse environmental network.
Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.
Today is:
YOU MUST LIVE IN THE PRESENT, LAUNCH YOURSELF ON EVERY WAVE, FIND YOUR ETERNITY IN EACH MOMENT.
Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.
Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.
A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 18; SEE THE POSSIBILITIES-
Faith reaches-
My life has purpose.
I’m not in this alone.
The circumstances in my life are not a mistake, nor are the people.
My mistake is not fatal.
Relationship difficulties are opportunities for growth.
These understandings turn our windshield wipers on so that we can clearly see that our unique assets are not dependent on affirmation by our SUP.
Such faith undergirds us with a power to give to others and overcome challenges without feeling that we are unworthy unless our gift is adequately acknowledged and appreciated.
We stand without fear on our beliefs and we are able to help or walk away without guilt.
We are able to feel sorrow for the weakness, failure, need for control, or inability to relate exhibited in our SUP’s life.
We turn the negative challenges in the relationship into opportunities to love in spite of everything.
Healthy faith can change our perspective and free us to see relationship challenges as opportunities for us to make a difference.
HEALTHY FAITH OPENS YOUR EYES TO THE GIFTS AND OPPORTUNITIES-
Tomorrow, FAITH CHANGES THE PERSPECTIVE
Today Dan and I will be continuing on the book; ten-minute relaxation, For mind and body by Jennie Harding.
Whenever you are feeling under pressure, ten minutes is all you need to relax totally, using tools that are with you at all times; your senses.
This book is packed full of wonderfully simple ideas and exercises for using sight, taste, smell, hearing, and touch and that vital sixth sense of intuition to rebalance your energies and bring you back into harmony with the natural world around you.
Identify your favorite sensory relaxation solutions and combat that stress!
Per Dan and my experience this is another component in keeping ourselves healthy; meditation.
By using your five senses, you can learn to relax in just ten minutes.
CHAPTER 1; WHAT IS STRESS?
The difference between healthy response to a stressor and a stress pattern that can lead to illness-
HEALTHY RESPONSE-
Finding balance between stimulation and relaxation is a healthy way to live your life.
STRESS-
Repeated stress levels and no time for relaxation are pointers to ill health.
Tomorrow, WHY DO WE HAVE THESE REACTIONS?
The PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.
If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.
