To achieve more, do not leave things behind. Appreciate everything you have and carry it further with you.

Hello followers,

Help Dan and I welcome - Thursday!

Thursdays are the days when things get tough, remember to be grateful for them.

At those moments, you learn and progress.

When things get tough, remember to be grateful for what you can learn from your limits.

It would help if you were grateful for each new obstacle because it will help you grow in strength and character.

Be grateful for your errors.

You will learn a lot from them.

There is one way to make sure that you wake up every single day feeling calm, joyful and blissed-out, and that is to adopt an attitude of gratitude.

When you make it a conscious habit to express appreciation for your life, the universe listens and responds with more love.

This does not mean that you are a bad person if you are not able to see the good on a bad day.

Life is far from perfect.

Sometimes things happen that cause us to react negatively.

Having a pity party is okay now and then.

However, it does nothing good for your mental and emotional well-being.

An attitude of gratitude forces you to get outside of your problems and look at the bigger picture.

In turn, you are better able to bounce forward when challenges occur in life.

This new year Dan and I will be continuing the book, Ten-Minute Relaxation, For Mind and Body by Jennie Harding, until the end.

Whenever you are feeling under pressure, ten minutes is all you need to relax totally, using tools that are always with you; your senses.

This book is packed full of wonderfully simple ideas and exercises for using sight, taste, smell, hearing, and touch and that vital sixth sense of intuition to rebalance your energies and bring you back into harmony with the natural world around you.

Identify your favorite sensory relaxation solutions and combat that stress!

Per Dan and my experience this is another component in keeping ourselves healthy, meditation.

By using your five senses, you can learn to relax in just ten minutes.

CHAPTER 2; THE SENSORY JOURNEY; HEARING

MUSIC FOR BODY AND SOUL

USING YOUR OWN VOICE

Continuing from yesterday, many of us have been told as children that we were tone-deaf and a pain to listen to.

The idea of singing makes us recoil, but often this was allied to pressure around performance.

We all have a unique ability to make sounds, and exercising the voice is extremely beneficial to our inner health.

Remember, sounds and vibrations affect physical structure.

Different sounds can affect brain wave patterns and so give us a real sense of deep relaxation.

Continue tomorrow-

As Dan and I start a new year; we will be posting daily 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

January 26th

PROTECT YOUR ENERGY.

It is easy to absorb the energy of others.

If something dulls your spirit, walk away, shift the attention, or let go.

Energy vampires can be people, activities, or the food and media we consume.

To live a vibrant life, choose the things that light you up and raise your energy.

When you recognize when your energy is being drained, you can become more aware of your needs.

Surround yourself with what brings you peace, joy, and vitality.

The PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Friday, always look around before you take anything for granted.

You will hear your heartbeat more profoundly.

Your eyes will show a spectacular picture around you.

Your ears will hear an unheard tune.

Be more alive in the present to live life to its fullest.
