To be tested is good. The challenged life may be the best therapist.

THIS WEEK WE WILL BE BLOGGING ON THE SERIES OF LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, THE HERB – ARTICHOKE. ALSO 101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS.

Hello followers,

Happy Hump Day!

As the middle of the week, this is the perfect time to get rid of the boredom, the drudgery, and the unhappiness.

Challenge yourself!

Nothing more to say.

You will experience this yourself.

You will lose the fear of the unknown.

Challenges will motivate you to embrace any curveball life throws at you.

It will become second nature to navigate the challenges life gives and come out a winner.

101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS; by Mike Annesley.

Continuing from last year!

Since all the research of keeping healthy, leads to making your cells happy; this book will help your mental health to be happy.

That is the first step in keeping your cells happy and keeping your body healthy.

CHAPTER 3; HAPPILY WORKING

LEARN FROM CRITICISM

Criticism often gives a shock to the ego.

Evaluations are common in the modern workplace, and not all managers will judge you gently.

Don’t take criticism personally even if you feel it’s unfair.

If nothing else, it can instruct you in how you’re seen.

Perhaps your best qualities are operating too invisibly?

Perhaps there’s truth in what you’re being told, even though emotionally you’re resisting it?

Say thank you to your assessor.

Ponder later what’s been said; see what insights you can extract and build into your work.

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 12; FIGHT FAIR WITH UNFAIR PEOPLE

LOVE IS WHAT HOLDS HEARTS TOGETHER WHEN MINDS DISAGREE!

MIND GAMES; TACTICS

TALKING THROUGH THE PROBLEM

CONFRONTATION –

STEP- 1: FIGURE OUT THE CONTROL TECHNIQUES

Screwed-up people have identifiable techniques they use to get their way.

These tactics are like their personalized hammer.

Your SUP will control you through their words or actions unless you can stand back and determine not to be drawn into conflict by such tactics.

If you see the tactic as a battle maneuver, you will be less likely to be knocked off your feet or pounded into the ground.

Continue tomorrow –

Last year, Dan and I have been posting, this is the time to get ready for food and remedies that

heal; alchemy of herbs.

Starting today on the herb; ARTICHOKE and the benefits.

It’s amazing what and how artichoke can help keep your body healthy?

As lovely as the artichoke vegetable is, this blogging is specifically about the leaves.

What we typically eat (and see at the grocery store) is the flower bud.

Artichoke leaves are lower down on the plant.

Herbalists have long used bitter artichoke leaves for liver health and to aid digestion.

New research has been validating these uses and also highlighting artichoke leaf’s ability to reduce high cholesterol.

As Dan and I begin a new year, this is our PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

EVERY MOMENT WASTED LOOKING BACK, KEEP US FROM MOVING FORWARD.

TO BE TESTED IS GOOD

To be tested is good. The challenged life may be the best therapist. #tested#good#challenged#life#best#therapist#newbeginnings#motivational#inspirational

Until Thursday, if you compared your troubles,

or challenges, with those of others,

you would surely find that there are those whose

troubles make yours look like minor inconveniences.
