To share your weakness is to make yourself vulnerable; to make yourself vulnerable is to show your strength.

Hello Followers,

HAPPY HUMP DAY!

It is not easy to allow our emotions to show.

Vulnerability is a sign that you trust your feelings and are ready to process them.

In life, we are often guilty of choosing to act tough and stay brave, even if what we are feeling is the complete opposite.

We are often guilty of believing that being vulnerable is a bad thing.

That vulnerability is a weakness that we should avoid under any circumstance.

Often, you may think that by allowing yourself to be completely open, to feel and share your thoughts and feelings with others, you are pushing them away.

One thing Dan and I have learned from being so scared of being vulnerable for so many years is, the more you try to hide what you feel, the longer it takes for you to heal, move forward and let go.

Vulnerability is strength.

It takes courage to be open, to feel, and to share what you are feeling with others.

Remind yourself that being vulnerable allows you to grow and to become the best version of yourself.

It teaches you invaluable strength.

If you are afraid of driving people away from opening, remember, doing this will only drive the wrong people away, but the right ones will always stay.

So, Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

These uplifting videos hold a significant place in our lives.

They offer a glimpse into the wisdom of our experiences.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

TEARS ARE TEMPORARY.

A healing release can occur when we let ourselves weep.

Sorrow reminds us of the joy we once had, the love we have received, and the pain we have endured.

By allowing tears to fall, we embrace the strength to emote and feel.

It is not easy to allow our emotions to show.

Vulnerability is a sign that you trust your feelings and are ready to process them.

Embrace the flow of tears; they provide release.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

Vulnerability and openness are two powerful aspects of human nature that play a profound role in personal growth and emotional resilience.

Embracing vulnerability involves the willingness to expose our true selves, acknowledging our imperfections, and acknowledging our fears.

Rather than being a sign of weakness, vulnerability empowers us to connect deeply with others and foster genuine relationships.

Openness, on the other hand, is a state of receptivity and acceptance.

By being open, we allow new experiences and perspectives to enter our lives, creating opportunities for learning and personal development.

Inner strength emerges when we courageously confront our vulnerabilities and remain open to the possibilities they offer.

This strength is not about suppressing emotions, but about acknowledging and processing them with compassion and self-awareness.

When vulnerability and openness are embraced, they become the pillars on which our inner strength is built, guiding us towards greater emotional resilience and a more authentic way of living.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Thursday, owning our story can be hard but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it. Embracing our vulnerabilities is risky but not nearly as dangerous as giving up on love and belonging and joy; the experiences that make us the most vulnerable. Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.
