To understand everything is to forgive everything.
Hello Followers,
HAPPY WEEKEND!
The other day Dan and I had a conversation regarding forgiveness.
We were discussing what all the professionals say, you do not forgive someone for his or her sake; you forgive them for your sake.
Forgiving does not mean forgetting, nor does it mean that you have given the message that what someone did was okay.
It just means that you have let go of the anger or guilt towards someone, or towards yourself.
But that can be easier said than done.
If forgiveness were easy, everyone would be doing it.
However, to keep a healthy body; this is one element towards that.
Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.
The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

WHEN ACTION STEMS FROM REACTION, we are rooted in hurt.
It is easy to react from a place of aching.
When our feelings get hurt, we want to protect ourselves.
But if we allow the painful feelings to dissipate, we can respond with a calmer mind and heart.
From here, healing can begin.
If we accept and forgive, we will experience transformation.
Acting from a place of calm can diffuse tense situations.
Remember your breath and move forward with love.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.
Until Sunday, the simple truth is, we all make mistakes, and we all need forgiveness.
