True forgiveness is when you can say, thank you for that experience.
Hello Followers,
Welcome to Monday,
Word of the week, FORGIVENESS!
Forgiving someone is not an easy task, especially when someone hurts you that is close to you.
It is a voluntary action that requires courage and a strong will.
We can only forgive someone when we choose love over temporary hate.
The feeling of revenge can only worsen things.
Forgiveness is all about accepting your past, understanding it, and moving on with a smile on your face.
It is about taking care of your own mental health and setting yourself free.
Selfish?
Maybe, but it is the kind that does good to others too.
Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.
The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

SOMETIMES WE NEED TO FORGIVE, even when forgiveness feels impossible.
When we hold on to a hurt, it only harms our souls.
We cannot change the other person, but we can change how we react.
The only thing we have control of is how we react and think.
Do not allow resentment to take root and keep you from moving forward.
Free yourself from the burden of pain by forgiving the person over and over until you are free.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
We all carry wounds from the past, but holding onto them only weighs us down.
Forgiveness is the powerful antidote that sets us free.
It is a choice to release the pain and find peace within.
By letting go, we make space for growth and new beginnings.
So, take a deep breath, forgive, and open yourself to a brighter future filled with joy and serenity.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.
Until Tuesday, forgiveness does not mean ignoring what has been done or putting a false label on an evil act. It means, rather, that the evil act no longer remains as a barrier to the relationship. Forgiveness is a catalyst creating the atmosphere necessary for a fresh start and a new beginning.
