Trust starts with truth and ends with truth.

BEGINNING A NEW SERIES OF TRUST AND CONTINUING THE SERIES ON HOW SAFE IS MEXICO?

Hello followers,

Are you getting ready for July 4th holiday? Dan and I are hoping we get back to Virginia before then, for we are trying to beat the traffic on the roads.

The other day we explored the St. Pete Pier, thanks to our friends; Michael and Debby. They had torn the old one down while we were living in Mexico and rebuilt another building. Went up to the very top and looked over St. Pete, I was able to reminisce of the old days. After all this is where I grew up!

In the past several months Dan and I have been blogging on karma, intuition, forgiveness and now on trust. What do these have in common? Well, they are all about keeping your body healthy!

How Do You Get Over Trust Issues?

Believe that you are okay, perfect, and whole as you are. No one can complete you, because you are already complete!

Affirm the possibility. You can’t project the past onto a relationship and expect it to succeed.

You do trust! Think about all the little acts of trust that are performed every day.

Listen to your intuition. Untrustworthy people can put on an excellent show in public but allow their behavior to deteriorate in private.

What you think about, comes about! You’ll see what you want to see, even if it’s not there.

Believe that you deserve trusting relationships. Most dishonesty comes from fear and low self-esteem.

Meditate often on the fact that you cannot control another person’s actions. You are in control of yourself. You are worthy of love, trust and respect. Believe in the possibility of a relationship built on trust.

QUOTES ABOUT LIVING

TRUST

Trust is as necessary to a happy, healthy relationship as air is to the lungs. With it, a relationship can survive almost anything without it, almost nothing.

Living in a world without trust is truly painful. When a person says, “Trust is something that needs to be earned,” it’s a big sign that this person’s trust was broken one too many times and they got fed up.

Without trust, stories are invented and drama flows freely. With trust, a person can take people’s word at face value, not read into things negatively, and just be happier. It was not up to you to be lied to, but it is up to you to trust again.

CONTINUING THE SERIES ON HOW SAFE IS MEXICO?

MEXICO - Oct 29, 2012

DAY 12 at ANGELES HOSITAL

I would like to thank Daniel the chef at the hospital for a wonderful day in Mexico. We started out at 9:00 am and finished around 3:00 pm. A day away from the hospital and treatments! Had a great time.

NOTE AND REPEAT – PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth

THIS IS AN ENCLOSURE – will be at the end of all the blogs, for I stress; this daily routine will heal and keep your body cells happy.

As I end this blog, Dan and I for several years have shared our experiences with enjoying life while managing cancer. By keeping healthy, our routine daily has been walking (exercise), meditation (for stress), Qigong (exercise and for stress).

I know some will say they do not have enough time with work, kids and household chores!!!

Dan and I have put together videos from WALK AT HOME together on our website, that you can follow in home; when you have short periods of time and unable to go out. They are from 15 mins up to 30 mins depending on the miles. This is one of the first steps to making your cells happy!!

Also, meditation videos, help to lower stress and is also one of the first steps to making your cells happy; click on https://www.thejourneytogoodhealth.com/meditation , Again, they are no more than 10 to 20 mins and they are guided meditations.

“Surrender is a gift that you can give yourself. It’s an act of faith. It’s saying that even though I can’t see where this river is flowing, I trust it will take me in the right direction.” ~ Debbie Ford

We are still working on Qigong video’s to be posted on the website for easy access, until now you can go to the blog https://www.thejourneytogoodhealth.com/blog and on the right-hand side are hash # tag words, just click on the word #walk #Qigong #meditation. The post will pop up and then you can begin. Have fun with it!

TRUST STARTS

Trust starts with truth and ends with truth. #trust #starts #truth #ends #inspirational #motivational

Until Friday, sometimes you don’t know who you can and cannot trust. I still learn that over and over again.
