Are you ready for Monday?
And the rebirth of the month of August which will be arriving tomorrow?
Rebirth is traditionally used to describe when an old soul is born again.
The idea of rebirth can also be more abstract, as it is often used to describe the process by which someone makes a fresh start in life.
So, a rebirth does not only happen after we die, but we can be reborn in our own lives too!
To celebrate the joy of a fresh start, let us make the rest of this year a new start to an adventure.

ENDINGS CREATE SPACE FOR REBIRTH.
Things must end to allow what is meant to be to happen.
What is longing to grow in your life?
Is there anything you are holding on to that is preventing that growth?
Let go of your attachments to people and things that no longer serve you.
Attachment only creates pain, especially when we need to release what we are holding on to.
Wait patiently for rebirth to take place.
Transformations are beautiful.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
This is a guided meditation to help you move forward toward the person you are drawn to become.
In this session, we will explore the concept of starting anew, shedding the old, and embracing a fresh perspective on life.
This meditation is designed as an approach to spiritual renewal and personal growth that all can listen to regardless of your belief system.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
