We Are What We Repeatedly Do.
Hello Followers,
Ready for Tuesday?
It is not always easy to create the life we want, but with some inspiration, it is possible.
Every day is a fresh opportunity to make a difference.
Let us make it count!
Routines are meant to help, not hinder.
Create them with your lifestyle in mind.
Have you ever tried to follow someone else’s schedule for something, because they had real success with it?
Then only to find it made your life worse in some way.
This can happen so easily because that schedule was made for that person’s life.
They may have different needs and if yours are not the same, chances are it will not work.
The truth is that you need to create your own routine to make it work for you.
You can use other people’s methods, of course, but tweak them to meet your specific needs.
Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.
The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

MORNING ROUTINES ARE vital to our success.
When we take time each morning to ground ourselves, we set the tone for our day.
Take at least ten minutes every morning to quiet your mind, reflect, and offer gratitude.
You are more likely to feel at peace and geared to success.
Find some time to sit quietly this morning, you can do this anywhere.
Breathe in gratitude for the moments of stillness and for the day ahead.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.
Until Wednesday, our habits define us, and if we want to be successful;
we need to develop positive habits and break negative ones.
HAVE A WONDERFUL TUESDAY!
