We can do no great things; only small things with great love.
CONTINUING ON THE SERIES OF LOVE AND CONTINUING ON LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE FROM LAST WEEK. ALONG WITH HOW SAFE IS MEXICO?
Hello followers,
Happy hump day! Half way through the week and the count down now begins toward the weekend.
Love, attachment, and affection have an important impact on well-being and quality of life.
Loving relationships have been linked to; lower risk of heart disease, decreased risk of dying after a heart attack, better health habits, increased longevity, lower stress levels, less depression, and lowers risk of diabetes.
Everyone's needs are different. The best way to ensure that your needs and your loved one's needs are met is to talk about them. Helping another person feel loved involves communicating that love to them through words and deeds. Some ways to do this include showing that you care, making them feel special, telling them they are loved, and doing things for them.
QUOTES ABOUT LIVING
LOVE
Loving and supporting someone is not the same as loving and supporting someone’s actions.
If they are harming themselves or others.
The first encourages, the second enables.
It takes courage to say I love you, but I can’t support what you’re doing. But that will give the person incentive to change much more then hoping they ever will change.
Easier said then done, but better done than only wished for.

CONTINUING THE SERIES ON HOW SAFE IS MEXICO?
WITH PICTURES
Dan and I grabbed an opportunity nine years ago, when we took on the adventure and moved to Mexico. Back then, we didn’t know what to expect, except that both of us were alive and ready for a change. We had been going to Tijuana for cancer treatments and knew somewhat what we were heading into. We ended up living in the center of the country however; better for travel purposes and it was nothing like what we had thought about. To this date, we are back in the states living in Virginia and what we took from Mexico was friendships, culture and understanding of their ways of life.
Through thousands of pictures that I took, Dan and I are showing how safe Mexico is. There is a saying ‘A picture is worth a thousand words’; this is so true! A picture tells a story just as well as, if not better than, a lot of written words.
"Chinese proverb. One picture is worth ten thousand words."

Today Dan and I will be continuing to post CHAPTER THREE – WHO IS SCREWED UP?
When relationships are a mess, people in a screwed-up relationship interact in a way similar to that of a nut and a bolt.
In a sense, the two intertwine and together have strength disproportionate to their size.
Likewise, people or relationships that are screwed-up wrap around the actions and responses of each other, becoming entangled with a disproportionate amount of strength. The slowly built and twisted complexity of the troublesome relationship develops as wrong actions spin off wrong responses.
This is the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs. Continuing on the health benefits on PEPPERMINT. You might be surprised!

NOTE AND REPEAT – PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth
THIS IS AN ENCLOSURE – will be at the end of all the blogs, for I stress; this daily routine will heal and keep your body cells happy.
As I end this blog, Dan and I for several years have shared our experiences with enjoying life while managing cancer. By keeping healthy, our routine daily has been walking (exercise), meditation (for stress), Qigong (exercise and for stress).
Sometimes it nice to just walk in the neighborhood. So, yesterday that’s what Dan and I did.
I know some will say they do not have enough time with work, kids and household chores!!!
Dan and I have put together videos from WALK AT HOME together on our website, that you can follow in home; when you have short periods of time and unable to go out. They are from 15 mins up to 30 mins depending on the miles. This is one of the first steps to making your cells happy!!
Also, meditation videos, help to lower stress and is also one of the first steps to making your cells happy; click on https://www.thejourneytogoodhealth.com/meditation
Again, they are no more than 10 to 20 mins and they are guided meditations.
Guided Mindfulness Meditation on Love, Peace, and Happiness (16 Minutes)
This guided mindfulness meditation will help you to embrace the present moment, and recognize the love that exists all around us. It will help you to find contentment in the here and now.
Through meditation practice, we are able to realize that we are a small piece of a vast universe.
We recognize ourselves as our own separate being, and yet, are one in the same as other living things, in all of nature, among the stars, planets, and galaxies.
This deep awareness, and ultimately love, can be had for not only other people, but for yourself and for all of existence. Embrace love, peace, contentment, and happiness... and calm your anxiety!
“Surrender is a gift that you can give yourself. It’s an act of faith. It’s saying that even though I can’t see where this river is flowing, I trust it will take me in the right direction.” ~ Debbie Ford
We are still working on Qigong video’s to be posted on the website for easy access, until now you can go to the blog https://www.thejourneytogoodhealth.com/blog and on the right-hand side are hash # tag words, just click on the word #walk #Qigong #meditation.
