HAPPY WEEKEND!

Helping others and making a difference in the world is what will help to make the world a better place by improving people’s lives.


One person at a time, one day at a time, and one project at a time, you can have an influence that will leave a lasting impact on the world.


Words have power.

God spoke the world into existence by the power of His words.


Our words have the power to destroy or the power to build up.


The bible says the tongue has the power of life and death.


Our words must be used to speak life.

Through Dan’s and my experience and knowledge on our posts we try to do just that, inspire you to strive to help others and make a positive difference.


So, this weekend let us go out and inspire someone with positive vibes.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

AS YOU START YOUR MORNING, repeat the following words to yourself.

I choose to be content with what I have.


Everything I need is available to me.


I am grateful for the sleep I had last night and for this gorgeous morning, full of possibility.

I look forward to this day with hope and I am inspired to see the good in everyone I meet.


Today is the perfect day to take a step in the life I desire.


My future is bright because I am making a difference.


PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.


Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.


It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

This guided meditation session will help to build inner motivation, bringing you greater energy and focus.


Take this time to center yourself, become present, and deepen the connection between mind and body.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.


This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
