What happened yesterday, no longer matters. Today is another day. Get back on the right track and move closer to your dreams. Yes, you can do it.

RECAPPING THIS WEEK ON A BRAND-NEW SERIES, YOU CAN DO IT AND CONTINUING ON LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE. PLUS, THE HERB – CHAMOMILE.

Hello Followers,

As Dan and I continue to educate and share our experiences on life change, the first and most important step is; working with a health care provider.

In Dan’s and my case, it was functional medicine doctors in Mexico.

Being your own health care provider won't set you up for success in the way an experienced practitioner can.

It's impossible to be objective about yourself.

There are many holistically-minded physicians who love working with people on a deeper level.

If you haven't found a health-care provider that you resonate with, don't give up!

It's becoming easier to find good practitioners and many, like for myself, do online consultations.

A skilled health care provider can help you focus in on the specific things that make the most impact in your health.

They will assure you a correct diagnosis, order routine and specialized lab work like food sensitivity panels or salivary adrenal panels, and thoroughly understand you and how your body works.

Because one size doesn't fit all!

Find someone with whom you can have regular contact with, who takes the time to really get to know you, and who is excited to partner with you to achieve your health goals.

SPRING VIBES 🌼

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

PEACE BEGINS IN THE KITCHENS AND PANTRIES, GARDENS AND BACKYARDS, WHERE OUR FOOD IS GROWN AND PREPARED. THE ENERGIES OF NATURE AND THE INFINITE UNIVERSE ARE ABSORBED THROUGH THE FOODS WE EAT AND ARE TRANSMUTED INTO OUR THOUGHTS AND ACTIONS.

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

Continuing on CHAPTER 14; HOW MANY TIMES DO I SAY “SORRY”?

REPEAT APOLOGIES

If the record is stuck, pick up the needle.

If you apologized, be content.

Past wrongs offer you two options.

1) Use them as a learning tool for the present.

2) Use them, as an excuse to fail.

I blew it so I’ll never be the person I should be!

That’s a cop-out.

Perhaps you keep apologizing because you like feeling beaten down or you are hooked in a behavior for which you need outside help.

There are a lot of alcoholics who are teetotalers, kleptomanias who no longer steal, cheaters who have stopped cheating, abusers who have stopped abusing because they sought and accepted outside help.

If you are really sorry and intend to change, only one apology for your wrong is necessary!

Tomorrow blogging on WHEN AN APOLOGY IS REFUSED

We must reject not only the stereotypes that others hold of us, but also the stereotypes that we hold of ourselves.

If it's what you do and you can do it, then you do it.

I don't think anything is unrealistic if you believe you can do it.

You don't need anyone to believe that you can do it, as long as you believe in yourself and what you're capable of.

Don't let mental blocks control you. Set yourself free. Confront your fear and turn the mental blocks into building blocks.

When you believe that you can do something, that's when you can do it.

Think you can and you can do it. Your thoughts are your life.

Dan and I have been posting, on the time to get ready for food and remedies that

heal; alchemy of herbs.

Today blogging on the herb; CHAMOMILE and the benefits.

It’s amazing what and how chamomile can help keep your body healthy?

Achy muscle rub; mix chamomile oil with eucalyptus, wintergreen and cypress oils, as well as an unscented lotion or coconut oil, and then rub it into sore or aching muscles.
