Hello followers,


WELCOME TO MONDAY!

Consciously or not, we are all on a quest for answers, trying to learn the lessons of life.


We search for meaning, love, and power.

We try to understand fear, loss, and time, and we are always searching for something happy to hold on to.


Some of us may have been lucky to have found that special something.


But many of us still must work to find the things that we are seeking.


We continued searching!

After all, our lives are meant to change over time and our encounters with different experiences, people, and other things will always fuel the change.


This Monday, keep searching for what you are looking for.

Persevere and know that something amazing is waiting just around the corner.


What you seek is seeking you.

A HONEYBEE FLIES from flower to flower looking for sweet nectar to create honey.

The bee works to find the flowers with the sweetest nectar and does not stop until it finds what it is looking for.


Do not stop searching for what you are looking for either.


Persevere and know that something amazing could be waiting just around the corner.

The anticipatory excitement of a journey makes life extraordinary.


Soon you will find what you need and be able to revel in the journey.


PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.


Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.


It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
