When you’ve got something to prove, there’s nothing greater than a challenge.

SERIES ON BELIEVING

Hello followers,

Congratulations! You’ve made it through four-fifths of the week! Unfortunately, for many, this seems less like a cause to celebrate, and more like a cause to de-stress the last full day that you have looming in front of you before your sun and laughter filled weekend.

Thursdays can feel a bit tiring and boring after a long week but at the same time, Thursdays can also bring some peace and refreshing vibes in our mind as the week is finally over.

A Thursday is a sign that you have already survived the week and you are almost there for the weekend. Stay calm and make it through smoothly.

GREATEST MIRACLE

Love is the great miracle cure. Loving ourselves works miracles in our lives. #love#cure#ourselves#miracle#inspiration#motivational

Remember to celebrate you!

Celebrate all you are and how you are loved. Honor the person you are and all you’re becoming. Be reminded of how many people look up to you and admire all the goodness in your heart. Reach out and feel the happiness others wish for you. Do the things that bring sunlight to your heart and add a touch of magic to your dreams. By Linda E. Knight

SUNSHINE 🌞

A good laugh is sunshine in the house. #laugh#sunshine🌞 #house#motivational#inspiration

Always create your own dreams and live life to the fullest.

Dreams can come true if you take the time to think about what you want in life. Get to know yourself, find out who you are. Choose your goals carefully be honest with yourself and always believe in yourself. Find many interests and pursue them. Find out what is important to you.

Find out what you are good at and don’t be afraid to make mistakes. Work hard to achieve successes. When things are not going right don’t give up and just try harder. Give yourself freedom to try out new things; laugh and have a good time, open yourself up to love and take part in the beauty of nature. Be appreciative of all that you have, help those less fortunate than you.

Thursday Meditation - Daily guided meditation series

Meditations, one for each day of the week.

Taking a few minutes to focus your mind each day can reduce stress, pain, depression, and more.

You can't see or touch stress, but you can feel its effects on your mind and body. In the short term, stress quickens your heart rate and breathing and increases your blood pressure. When you're constantly under stress, your adrenal glands overproduce the hormone cortisol. Overexposure to this hormone can affect the function of your brain, immune system, and other organs. Chronic stress can contribute to headaches, anxiety, depression, heart disease, and even premature death.

So, join Dan and I each day with a short meditation; this could save you from chronic stress.

LIFE IS FULL OF BEAUTY

Life is full of BEAUTY and LOVE! Choose to BE it and you'll SEE it. #life#beauty#love#choose#graditude#inspiration#motivational

Looking after number one!

The beauty of choosing JOMO is you’re no longer choosing everyone else and doing what they want. A big part of this is learning to say no to people, but it’s important to learn how to do this without leaving them hurt and upset. Using this two-letter word in the right way at the correct time is the key to empowering you to find your own path and to truly discover the joy of missing out. The power of no allows us more time for the essential self-care we need in our lives and this series offers some easy suggestions as to how JOMO can help us live a more contented life.

Another word that Dan and I was not familiar with was JOMO. Do you know what it means!! So, I looked it up and it means a feeling of contentment with one’s own pursuits and activities; without worrying over the possibility of missing out on what others may be doing.

Thursday | Boosted Miles 12 Minute Workout | Walk at Home

Walk at Home by Leslie Sansone

Dan and I are big in health and this are why doing this series of believing, I will be posting videos of walking in your home. Its easy and will benefit you daily. Walking reduces stress, cheers you up and increases self-esteem. If you’ve ever gone out for a walk after a stressful situation and come back calmer and more collected, you know firsthand how walking is a positive way to cope with stressful events. And these days it seems there are plenty of those.

Walking is also one of the best exercises for losing weight; it’s relatively easy to do, easy on the joints, it’s free and you have to do it every day anyway.

To start walking for fitness, try to begin with a 20-minute walk every day. “If that’s too much, start smaller,” Dr. Roizen says. “But do set a goal of building to 30 minutes a day, every day.”

It’s been proven that regular walkers have fewer heart attacks and strokes, lower blood pressure and higher levels of HDL (healthy cholesterol) than non-exercisers.

Walking can lower blood pressure and LDL (your bad cholesterol), decrease the risk of many cancers and improve immune system function. Plus, Dr. Roizen adds, it improves the quality of your sleep and keeps you energized when you’re awake.

Tracking your steps with an app that features a pedometer is key to walking success, Dr. Roizen says. People who love their apps or pedometers log a reported 2,000 more steps per day. Why?

The reward comes from witnessing your success in real time, and enjoying the mental reward of celebrating your step-based accomplishments.

Dan and I use Health Tracker, https://share.mobihealthplus.com and once you met your goal; they announce to you that you have done a good job.

Until Friday, happy Thursday! Greet your problems and decisions with peace and calm. Use your inner wisdom to evaluate and make smart decisions for yourself! You got this!
