Who’s Holding You Back? Look in the Mirror.

THIS WEEK WE WILL CONTINUE ON, WHAT’S HOLDING YOU BACK? PLUS, CONTINUING ON THE BOOK TEN-MINUTE RELAXATION FOR MIND AND BODY. ALSO, GERMS AND VIRUSES?????

Hello followers,

Good morning!

It is a new week and a new beginning.

This past weekend I was listening to a preacher on television, and I was impressed with what he had to say.

With the way of the world, everyone has their own opinion, and they feel it is right.

This preacher made since.

We all have our way and mindset; this does not mean they are right or wrong.

All it means is that is how they feel.

Why can’t we both be right!

So, this week; Dan and I will be more conscious of this subject.

Just because you feel your right does not mean the other person is wrong.

Dan and I started yesterday on the seven steps for helping you get unstuck and get into action to achieve your goals.

How to release old trauma from your nervous system and start retraining it with new empowering ways of being in the world.

Today the third step, notice any tension in your body as you think those thoughts or beliefs that are causing you stress.

Where in your body do you feel it?

Does it have a color or a texture to it?

See if you can really amplify the sensation of it in your body just for a moment to really feel it fully.

Do you feel it in your stomach, your chest, or your abdomen?

Perhaps it is making your lower back or neck twinge?

Focusing on that tension for just a moment longer to the count of, one … two …three ... four.

Now fully release that tension, as you watch or sense that energy dissolve out of your system.

Imagine that it is disappearing like smoke, drifting away.

Tomorrow, the fourth step for helping you get unstuck and get into action to achieve your goals.

Since this is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, every post this week; I will share something that I have written or done in the past that has to do with this very topic.

OCTOBER IS THE MONTH FOR BREAST CANCER AWARENESS

A Simple Hug

There is something in a simple hug that always warms the heart.

It welcomes us back home and makes it easier to part.

A hug's a way to share the joy and sad times we go through, or just a way for a friend to say they like you because you are you.

Hugs are meant for anyone for whom we really care.

From your friend to your neighbor, or a cuddly teddy bear.

A hug is an amazing thing.

It is just the perfect way to show the love we are feeling but cannot find the words to say.

It is funny how a little hug makes everyone feel good, in every place and type.

It is always understood, and hugs do not need new equipment, special batteries, or parts.

Just open your arms and open your hearts.

OCTOBER 10th, Dan, and I thought on continuing this segment with the series with some fun; What is it about October that is so significant during this month?

National Kick Butt Day – October 10, 2022

National Kick Butt Day on October 10 is a day to act.

Is there a bad habit you wanted to kick in the butt?

Or a resolution you made but had trouble following through?

Well, on National Kick Butt Day you can change all that.

Seize the day and take a little step toward fulfilling your goals.

National Kick Butt Day is celebrated across the nation on the second Monday of October.

Good thing it is because all of us have something that we have been putting off.

So, let us get it done!

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

LIVE TODAY. NOT YESTERDAY. NOT TOMORROW. JUST TODAY. INHABIT YOUR MOMENTS. DON’T RENT THEM OUT TO TOMORROW.

Today Dan and I will be continuing the book, Ten-Minute Relaxation, For Mind and Body by Jennie Harding.

Whenever you are feeling under pressure, ten minutes is all you need to relax totally, using tools that are always with you; your senses.

This book is packed full of wonderfully simple ideas and exercises for using sight, taste, smell, hearing, and touch and that vital sixth sense of intuition to rebalance your energies and bring you back into harmony with the natural world around you.

Identify your favorite sensory relaxation solutions and combat that stress!

Per Dan and my experience this is another component in keeping ourselves healthy, meditation.

By using your five senses, you can learn to relax in just ten minutes.

CHAPTER 2; THE SENSORY JOURNEY; SMELL

SMELLS AND MOODS-

The sense of smell intrigues and often confuses research.

It is known that the route by which smells travel to the brain centers is incredibly swift, with feelings or memories being triggered in less than two seconds.

The smell of food instantly triggers saliva in the mouth and stimulates the production of digestive juices, making the stomach rumble in anticipation.

The smell of a beautiful rose bush will direct our feet to the flowers, and perhaps like insects we will feel encouraged to bury our faces in the petals; overwhelmed by the sweetness of the aroma.

Until tomorrow-

As I ponder over all that I have learned, I have come to find that we all have our own blueprint.

Our bodies are precious and there are many components in taking care of them.

Throughout the blog, Dan and I have related the separate ways through body, heart, and soul.

It is all about power of knowledge and learning to take care of yourself, keeping your cells happy.

Our immune system is one of the key factors in keeping healthy.

It is important to know how it works!

Germs and Viruses????

Continuing from yesterday, then Dr Abraham Baron, B.Sc. MSc Ph.D. in his final paragraphs, (without knowing it) described Antoine Bechamp's

Microzymas, which but for the dogmatism of Pasteur and Koch he would have learned about at medical school instead of at the end of his career:

"Within the protoplasm of our living cells, there is a miscellany of small, strange particles that vaguely resemble bits of string, or tiny spheres, or miniature corkscrews.

And ever since the microscope was discovered, many generations of scientists have peered and poured over them and disputed their significance.

Some claim that these particles in the human protoplasm are extremely important, possessing certain vital (but unspecified) functions.

Thus, while others believe they are trivial with trivial functions.

And still others insist that these particles have no function at all, that they are shadowy nothings that exist only in the overwrought imaginings of over-enthusiastic scientists, or as imperfections in their microscopes, their straining eyes, or their laboratory technique.

Although the embattled scientists agree neither on the status or the functions of these protoplasmic particles, they are compelled to agree at the least on a casus belli, even if only to deny that it exists.

The most bitter opponents of their existence must call these strange particles something, and so some of them have been named; centrioles, mitochondria, nucleoli, plastids, vacuoles, inclusions, Golgi network, granules, globules, filaments, fibers, fibrilles, and "ad infinitum".

Continue tomorrow-

The PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

LOOK IN THE MIRROR

Until Tuesday, you will never be genuinely happy if you

continuously hold on to the things that make you sad.

Let things go and move on.
