Winter is not a season; it is a celebration.
Hello Followers,
Welcome to Monday,
Winter is officially here on December 21st.
Sure, it gets cold.
So cold that all you want to do is burrow under a blanket.
Not to mention the sun sets far too early, bringing on the winter doldrums.
But we are here to tell you that it is not all gloom and doom.
From the first snowfall that coats the ground to bundling up in cozy clothes, winter is full of wonders.
The season is an opportunity to find warmth in a variety of ways.
You can fill the time up with outdoor adventures or kindle your romance with charming dates.
You may even decide to stay in the comfort of your own home, stirring a hot cocoa or shopping for a loved one ahead of the holidays.
Whatever you choose, the important thing is that you take a moment to appreciate winter and all its splendor before it melts away in a matter of months.
Focus on the things that thrived and not what wilted.
We could all use some inspiration to make changes, though, which is where Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.
These uplifting videos hold a significant place in our lives.
They offer a glimpse into the wisdom of our experiences.

AS WINTER APPROACHES. Notice what did not grow this year alongside what blossomed and flourished.
Focus on the things that thrived and not what wilted.
Release what did not thrive and celebrate what transpired.
This is a season to reflect, release, and make room for what is meant to grow in the spring.
Celebrate what grew as well as what failed.
What was meant to be flourished.
Things happen in due time and there is peace in that truth.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words walk, meditation, and Qigong, on the right of the main blog page.
Until Tuesday, if we had no winter, the spring would not be so pleasant.
If we did not taste adversity, prosperity would not be so welcome.
