Winter is on my mind, but eternal spring is in my heart.

Hello Followers,

Welcome to Thursday!

Love the festive, lights, trees, and music.

Along with the Christmas festivals, comes the cold weather.

However, there is something quite comforting about curling up in front of the window with a warm blanket on a winter’s afternoon.

The world outside glistens from the cold weather.

And the need for hot coffee is very real.

Yes, it is cold out there.

But as much as we like to moan about the weather, about the icy winds and sunless skies, winter brings a moment of calmness to the world.

It is as if nature itself is telling us to slow down; to take a step back from our fast-paced lives and adopt a more laid-back approach.

So, let's wrap up warm and embrace the cold season.

It is the perfect time to reflect; to spend quality time with loved ones.

And, to appreciate the simple joys in life.

We could all use some inspiration to make changes, though, which is where Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

These uplifting videos hold a significant place in our lives.

They offer a glimpse into the wisdom of our experiences.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

December 7th

WHEN THE DAYS BECOME COLDER and the sun takes longer to rise, it can be easy to become lethargic.

It is easy to stay inside when the days are shorter.

But each day has the same number of hours and life continues.

If you feel like it is difficult for you to rise today, think of one thing you would like to accomplish.

Then move through your day with that one goal in mind.

Rise and seize the day.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

Releasing Holiday Stress and Anxiety with this 10-minute guided meditation.

The holidays often bring a mix of joy and stress, with the pressure to create perfect moments sometimes overshadowing the true spirit of the season.

To discover peace during this time, it is essential to carve out moments of stillness and reflection.

Whether it is taking a quiet walk-in nature, enjoying a cup of tea by the fireplace, or simply embracing the warmth of a loved one's company, finding solace in simple pleasures can anchor us in the present.

Choosing to release the expectation of perfection and instead focusing on gratitude and meaningful connections can lead to a serene and fulfilling holiday experience.

In these moments of letting go, we can rediscover the true essence of the season and connect with the inner peace that resides within us.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words walk, meditation, and Qigong, on the right of the main blog page.

Until Friday, in seed time learn, in harvest teach, in winter enjoy.
