You can do anything if you have enthusiasm.

CONTINUING ON A BRAND-NEW SERIES, YOU CAN DO IT AND CONTINUING ON LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE. PLUS, THE HERB – CHAMOMILE.

Hello Followers,

Happy Hump Day and the last Wednesday of April.

Today Dan and I continue to educate and share our experiences on life change, the fourth important step is; create accountability.

This is one of Dan's and my secret weapon with our lifestyle change.

There's something powerful about having a "check-in buddy" who will encourage you through the baby steps, milestones and off days.

Dan and I are blessed to have each other and also wonderful professional doctors to keep us on the straight and narrow with keeping good healthy choices.

Find a friend, acquaintance, health care provider, or coach with whom you can have regular contact.

Tell your accountability partner your plan for when you're ready to give up and quit.

I'll even ask Dan, "When you're ready to quit what do you need to hear from me?"

We're all different, some of us need a good ass kicking and others just need a hug.

YOU CAN DO IT!

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

IT’S FINE TO LIVE IN THE NOW. BUT THE BEST THING ABOUT NOW IS THAT THERE’S ANOTHER ONE TOMORROW. I’M GOING TO START MAKING THEM COUNT.

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

Continuing on CHAPTER 14; HOW MANY TIMES DO I SAY “SORRY”?

WHEN YOU CAN’T APOLOGIZE-

Perhaps it would be helpful to write a letter to the person, even though you know it cannot be delivered.

Write out your thoughts, your regrets and what you are going to do with the lesson.

Thank the person for being the catalyst for your growth.

Perhaps, if the lesson you learned was significant, you will want to share the insight with a loved one of the person to whom you are apologizing.

Sharing how you got the insight is not necessary, but rather how the other person helped you grow significantly.

How their life touched yours.

AN APOLOGY BEGINS THE FIRST DAY OF THE REST OF YOUR LIFE.

Continue tomorrow-

Dan and I have been posting, on the time to get ready for food and remedies that

heal; alchemy of herbs.

Today blogging on the herb; CHAMOMILE and the benefits.

It’s amazing what and how chamomile can help keep your body health.

Are you ready to continue with the herb chamomile!

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

ENTHUSIASM

Until Thursday, it's so important to believe in yourself. Believe that you can do it, under any circumstances. Because if you believe you can, then you really will. That belief just keeps you searching for the answers, and then pretty soon you get it.
