Are you living in the here and now?
We live in a fast-paced world where everything happens so quickly.
It does not give us enough time to contemplate, and we find that the time we were in has now gone.
Every moment ceases to exist so fast; as we either dwell on past events or future happenings.
To live in the moment is not an easy task to do.
It requires a complete mastery of your thoughts, feelings, and actions.
When you start focusing on the present moment, you can get rid of anxieties and worries.
You are free to experience a profound sense of inner peace and happiness.
So, Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.
These uplifting videos hold a significant place in our lives.

SOMEDAY EVERYTHING YOU WANT and long for will be your reality or a memory.
Be present with where you are right now.
Think about how far you have come and all the things you have done to get where you are.
Take a moment to be grateful to your past self for wanting and longing for what you have now.
Then release your grasp on what you want and long for, and trust that everything comes to you at the right time.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
Just take a break to be in the here and now.
In this guided meditation I will take you to a place of peace and stillness in yourself.
Sit or lie down comfortably and just be.
Feel the awareness of yourself.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
