You do not have to be great to start, but you do have to start to be great.
Happy Hump Day!
QUESTION OF THE DAY!
Do you want to know who you are?
Do not ask.
ACT!
Action will fine you.
We all have dreams and goals for ourselves, and a vision of how our best lives could be.
Dreaming is the easy part.
But where do we begin?
In truth, the very act of beginning is itself the only thing that really matters overall.
When we are paralyzed by uncertainties, doubts, or fears as to what step to take first, we plunge ourselves into a quicksand that sucks us in deeper every day, taking our confidence, time, and energies, all while teaching us nothing at all that will take us closer to our goals.
The moment we muster the courage to act, any action, the moment we embrace the mistakes we are bound to make and run towards them with the eagerness to learn from each misstep; that is the very moment our journey towards success truly begins.
But do not take it from Dan and me.
TAKE ACTION!
Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.
The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.
July 12th
IF THERE IS SOMETHING you want to do or create, start today.
You do not have to be completely ready.
Action will set everything in motion, even if you do not know where to begin or do not feel prepared.
Start before you are ready knowing that everything will fall into place as it needs to.
Quit making excuses and just act.
To get started, think of one thing you can do today and do it.
Your future will thank you for it.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
This 10-minute guided meditation is great first thing in the morning allowing you to focus on your goals.
By taking the time to meditate on your goals, you can accelerate the momentum to success by keeping your priorities top of mind resulting in proper action needed to progress forward.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.
Until Thursday, dream big, start small, but most of all, start.
