You'll beat this. I know it doesn't feel like it, but you will. You're a survivor.

CONTINUING ON SERIES, WE ARE DESIGNED TO SURVIVE AND ON LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE. PLUS, THE BOOK TEN-MINUTE RELAXATION FOR MIND AND BODY.

Hello Followers,

Happy Week-end!

Are you ready for more information regarding survival of your health?

We take life for granted, but do you know your purpose and why you were designed for survival?

It is common knowledge among doctors that the poor blood conditions accompany the various chronic diseases.

But their conventional drug-oriented medical training does not permit them to see that the impure, high viscosity; sludge blood is the disease itself.

And that what they think is the disease is only a symptom of disturbed homeostasis.

When it is suspected that an unidentified illness may be caused by a germ or virus and a more highly powered microscopic inspection of the blood is made.

Confusion again arises because of the many forms of microbes displayed and because the forms do not always remain constant.

The more the blood deteriorates, the greater the number of microbes present; which multiply not as the cause of the illness.

But as a result of it!

One way or another, a patient receiving medical treatment is assured of one thing, they will not go short of antibiotics and other drugs until they either escape the system or is finally and expensively cured to death.

when the initial problem was really toxemia and lost homeostasis.

AUGUST – 13th, Dan and I thought on continuing this segment with the series with some fun; What is it about August that’s so significant during this month?

International Lefthanders Day – August 13, 2022

Not only am I the middle child, but also a lefthander.

Wonder what it’s like to see the world from a left-handed point of view?

Well, you can ask me?

On International Lefthanders Day, you get to explore that world for a day.

Did you know Presidents Ronald Reagan, Bill Clinton and Barack Obama were all left-handed?

Rock out with Paul McCartney or Jimi Hendrix, the world’s greatest left-handed guitarist.

(Stevie Ray Vaughan, born right-handed, learned to play a left-handed guitar like his hero, Hendrix).

There’s also Oprah Winfrey, Julia Roberts and Lady Gaga, left-handers all.

In baseball, there were the legendary southpaws, Babe Ruth and Sandy Koufax.

This day was first celebrated by Dean R. Campbell, founder of the Lefthanders International, Inc in 1976.

So, if you’re left-handed, grab your left-handed cup and make a toast to all left-handers, everywhere!

In a world dominated by right-handers, International Lefthanders Day celebrates lefties and raises awareness on the issues faced by left-handers in their daily lives.

The day was first observed by the founder of Lefthanders International, Inc.; Dean R. Campbell, in 1976. and has been celebrated every year since.

From the 1600s, when left-handed people were thought of as being in cahoots with the devil, to the present day, they continue to face difficulties and challenges in accomplishing tasks.

The Left-hander’s Club was founded in 1990 with the mission statement to keep members up to date with developments and to serve as a bridge between the views of left-handers and manufacturers.

The club also provides help and assistance to those who require it, and they continuously conduct research on left-handedness and new items that can offer lefties increased ease of use.

The number of members has been increasing with participants from all over the world since the club’s formation.

As of now, the club is highly regarded and revered as a pressure group representing all left-handers.

Continuing the tradition created by Campbell, the Left-Handers Club launched International Lefthanders Day as a part of their organization on August 13, 1992.

The aim was to create awareness of the advantages and disadvantages of left-handedness.

The holiday is now celebrated worldwide, with 20 regional events taking place in the U.K. alone to commemorate the day, including sports matches and parties.

Some of the greatest people in history were/are left-handed, like Mother Teresa, Barack Obama, Walt Disney, Bill Gates, Charlie Chaplin, Mark Zuckerberg, and Albert Einstein, to name a few.

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

IF THE SIGHT OF THE BLUE SKIES FILLS YOU WITH JOY, REJOICE, FOR YOUR SOUL IS ALIVE.

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 19; DANCING WITH PORCUPINES (last chapter of the book)

LEARN TO DANCE-

It’s a comfort to discover that a sad start is precisely that and not necessarily the end of the world.

It’s not turning your back on what happened that frees you from the hurts of the past.

It’s refusing to blame the bad in your life on a particular person.

It’s claiming life vigor.

And it’s harnessing the injustice and wrong into life lessons that teach you the preciousness of the kind and the right.

Continue tomorrow-

Today Dan and I will be continuing on the book; ten-minute relaxation, For mind and body by Jennie Harding.

Whenever you are feeling under pressure, ten minutes is all you need to relax totally, using tools that are with you at all times; your senses.

This book is packed full of wonderfully simple ideas and exercises for using sight, taste, smell, hearing, and touch and that vital sixth sense of intuition to rebalance your energies and bring you back into harmony with the natural world around you.

Identify your favorite sensory relaxation solutions and combat that stress!

Per Dan and my experience this is another component in keeping ourselves healthy; meditation.

By using your five senses, you can learn to relax in just ten minutes.

CHAPTER 1; WHAT IS STRESS?

DIFFERENT TYPES OF STRESS-

Dan and I find it is important to look at each of our senses and the effects they can have on stress.

So, the next several posts; we will blog on them.

TASTE-

Many tastes, both good and bad.

They are actually linked to particular memories.

This is often going far back to childhood.

Certain flavors like vanilla are commonly perceived as comforting some researchers have suggested that this is a link to the taste and aroma of mother’s milk, the original comfort food.

This is linking to feeling of security.

Tomorrow- SMELL-

The PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

YOU'LL BEAT THIS

You'll beat this. I know it doesn't feel like it, but you will. You're a survivor. #youwillbeatthis#beat#doesntfeellike#butyouwill#youareasurvivor#wearedesignedtosurvive

Until Sunday, to deal with reality you must first recognize it as such.
