Your dreams await you.
THIS WEEK WE WILL CONTINUE ON, WHAT’S HOLDING YOU BACK? PLUS, CONTINUING ON THE BOOK TEN-MINUTE RELAXATION FOR MIND AND BODY. ALSO, CANCER: CIVILIZATION’S -NO. 2 KILLER?????
Hello followers,
Good morning!
It is Thursday, closer to the weekend.
What are your goals this coming weekend.
Do you have something holding you back in achieving your goals.
We would love to hear from you, just leave a comment below.
Okay, let us start out with the six of the seven steps for helping you get unstuck and get into action to achieve your goals.
How to release old trauma from your nervous system and start retraining it with new empowering ways of being in the world.
The sixth step, start to notice the energy of the emotions you are feeling in the various places in your body.
Watch or sense that energy shift, move and dissipate as you focus your attention on it.
And as you sense the energy of your emotions, you can also notice how much better your body feels when you think the positive opposite thought.
This allows you to recognize that by changing your thoughts, by simply changing your perspective of the situation at hand, you can shift the energy and feelings in your body and your mindset into a better space.
Until tomorrow, the seventh step-
Since this is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, every post this week; I will share something that I have written or done in the past that has to do with this very topic.

OPEN CIRCLE
Last Sunday Dan and I decided to wake up early to go to the Open Circle here in Ajijic.
We have been planning this for a while, but something always seems to pop up and never have made it to the event.
This takes place every Sunday at 10:00 a.m.
Every Sunday there is a topic regarding body, soul, and mind.
I am thinking of doing a talk on my journey of completion there.
Well, this week it was a fabulous topic, and everyone could learn by it.
ARE YOU IN PAIN?
To sum this up ~ pain tells you that something is wrong, and you can heal it without drugs and knives.
It is about pain release therapy; a new understanding of pain and paradigm shift in pain therapy.
Most important is to know that pain occurs primarily as a warning and not because of damaged tissue.
Pain tells us to stop using the body in ways that are harmful.
It sees pain because of imbalanced Musculo-skeletal structure resulting in tension, contraction, spasms, squeezed nerves and finally shortening of muscles.
The causes are mostly habits of wrong body posture (computers, too much sitting, inactivity), repetitive movements, over strain or old traumas with the result favoring one part of the body.
If there is no correction, then painful contractions and adhesion of muscles and connective tissue develop.
I invite you to go if you are ever in this area of Mexico.
Dan and I enjoyed being there and it was uplifting for its meditating and learning about oneself.
As we were leaving the event, down the road near the town square I ran across this dog that was dyed pink.
The first thing that I thought was, this would be great for breast cancer awareness month.
It made me think on how important my passion is to educate people on choices other than surgery, chemo, or radiation.
KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!!
We all need to stand together and during cancer awareness months show and honor the people that passed on with other ways of managing cancer.
The first step is life change.
If you know anyone with cancer, remember there is hope.
There are creative personalized programs which are customized for each patient, helping them to fight their cancer their way.
Make an inquiry to see how we can help you find the right alternative cancer treatments for your situation.
OCTOBER 13th, Dan, and I thought on continuing this segment with the series with some fun; What is it about October that is so significant during this month?
Metastatic Breast Cancer Awareness Day – October 13, 2022
Metastatic Breast Cancer Awareness Day on October 13 is a time to gain and spread knowledge of what sufferers are up against and how society can help.
Metastatic means that what began as a case of early-stage breast cancer has metastasized, or spread to other organs (lungs, bones) outside the breasts, and is now considered to be stage four cancer.
At this point the only care option is to treat the advanced cancer and its side effects, including anxiety; there is no cure for metastatic breast cancer as of this writing.
Treatments may include surgeries and chemotherapy, as well as possible clinical trials of new drugs, which along with other palliative care can help improve quality of life and lengthen life span itself.
Metastatic Breast Cancer Awareness Day is part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month and presents an opportunity for us to increase awareness and visibility for those who are championing and fighting for scientific advances.
In 2009 the House and Senate unanimously passed a resolution to recognize one day of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, October, as specifically devoted to metastatic breast cancer (MBC).
The best part is how the proposal reached the floors of Congress to begin with.
A group of nine MBC patients and their families had traveled to Washington DC and picketed and demonstrated, and these brave souls were able to catch the attention (with the help of phone-wielding friends back home) of the right people to initiate a vote.
But this is no time to fall into complacency.
The pinpointing of one day merely means that, now that the word is out, the onus is upon the public to act.
As stated by the Metastatic Breast Cancer Network, “[n]ow it is up to every metastatic breast cancer patient and those who love and support them to find ways to make use of this day to further our cause to support those living with the disease and demand research to find treatments to extend our lives.”
So, learn the facts and stand strong with your family, on National Metastatic Breast Cancer Awareness Day.
REMEMBER; there are two sides to every coin!
Be wise and do your homework, there are options; knowledge is power.
Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.
Today is:
LOVE IS THE CONDITION IN WHICH THE HAPPINESS OF ANOTHER PERSON IS ESSENTIAL TO YOUR OWN.
Today Dan and I will be continuing the book, Ten-Minute Relaxation, For Mind and Body by Jennie Harding.
Whenever you are feeling under pressure, ten minutes is all you need to relax totally, using tools that are always with you; your senses.
This book is packed full of wonderfully simple ideas and exercises for using sight, taste, smell, hearing, and touch and that vital sixth sense of intuition to rebalance your energies and bring you back into harmony with the natural world around you.
Identify your favorite sensory relaxation solutions and combat that stress!
Per Dan and my experience this is another component in keeping ourselves healthy, meditation.
By using your five senses, you can learn to relax in just ten minutes.
CHAPTER 2; THE SENSORY JOURNEY; SMELL
SMELLS AND MOODS-
Smells that make us feel good are likely to be triggering brain centers responsible for sending different chemicals into our system, such as endorphins, which give a sense of euphoria, or well-being.
Aromas we do not like will often change our behavior quite radically, making us move away or screw up our faces in disgust.
Some smells make us feel relaxed and ready for sleep.
Others help us concentrate when we are driving because they stimulate the brain.
The point is that we react almost without thinking.
This is because smell is such a deeply instinctive sense, connected to the part of us that reacts through just knowing rather than mental analysis.
Tomorrow, AROMATHERAPY FOR RELAXATION-
As I ponder over all that I have learned, I have come to find that we all have our own blueprint.
Our bodies are precious and there are many components in taking care of them.
Throughout the blog, Dan and I have related the separate ways through body, heart, and soul.
It is all about power of knowledge and learning to take care of yourself, keeping your cells happy.
Our immune system is one of the key factors in keeping healthy.
It is important to know how it works!
Cancer: Civilization's - No. 2 Killer
There is no disease in existence which is, most assuredly, easier of prevention than cancer; yet there is no malady which, when once it has established its presence, is so difficult to subdue.
Robert Bell, MD FRFPS
Cancer is a state of cellular growth which occurs when some normal cells in the body become abnormal and multiply abnormally. It is characterized by the ability of the abnormal cells to
subdivide and multiply outside of the constraints that automatically limit the subdivision and growth of normal cells.
It is resultant of imperfect blood chemistry and does not occur in properly nourished and vigorously healthy humans.
While cancer is unknown among various primitive populations throughout the world, it is common in modern countries, being responsible for one in every four deaths, and is still increasing.
