Your past does not equal your future.

Hello Followers,

Welcome to the last Sunday of August!

Are you one that holds on to things or do you let go?

We all have experienced physical and emotional pain at some point in our lives.

It is completely human to feel frustrated because of that pain.

The difference is that some people hold on to those hurtful experiences and find it harder to move on with their lives than others.

It is natural to get stuck and relive your experience, but at some point, you need to stop thinking about the things that could or should have been and focus on the present.

THE NOW!

It is time to learn how to let things go.

In the long run, if you hold on to that pain, you could hurt yourself even more.

It is vital to learn how to deal with that pain, put that individual situation in the past, and heal yourself by keeping only the things that will help you grow and move forward.

This may sound easy, but you and I know that letting go can be one of the hardest things to do.

It is time to stop going back and relieving our pain.

Time to heal and free our minds from negative thoughts and emotions that hold us back from a happy and full life.

So, today let us let go!

Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

August 27th

IF YOU ARE HOLDING TOO TIGHT to something, loosen your grasp.

It is hard to let go when our minds and hearts want to hold on.

Sometimes the only thing to do is release that grasp, which masquerades as the control we have already lost.

Breathe.

Accept.

Be ready for what is supposed to enter your life.

Let go.

Make room for the new things you want to enter your life.

When they appear, you will understand why letting go was the thing to do.

RECAPPING THE WEEK

Be patient as your life unfolds. And enjoy each milestone.

True forgiveness is when you can say thank you for that experience.

Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better.

There is a voice that does not use words. Listen.

Let go of it, and you will be surprised at what finds you.

The changes we dread; most may contain our salvation.

Not all those who wander are lost.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

A wonderful 10-minute guided meditation for letting go of anything you may be holding on to which is no longer serving you.

This guided meditation also incorporates visualization to help you let go.

Meditation is a practice that can help you to let go of the things that are holding you back in life.

Meditation can increase your focus, reduce anxiety, and improve your sleep.

It can also help you to let go of old feelings of anger or sadness.

As a result, meditation may enhance your sense of calm and well-being.

Give it a try and let us know how it was!

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Monday, life is just a slide. Back and forth between loving and leaving,

remembering, and forgetting, holding on, and letting go.
