Your path has not been determined. You shall have more experiences and pass many more milestones.
CONTINUING ON THE NEW SERIES, REMEMBER TO CELELBRATE MILESTONES AS YOU PREPARE FOR THE ROAD AHEAD AND ON LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE. PLUS, THE HERB – DANDELION.
Hello Followers,
Happy Tuesday!
Some of the most memorable milestones in life happen when we’re children.
Even if we don’t remember these moments with perfect clarity later on, we often have our parents to help us reminisce.
Childhood milestones and key life events define us and make us who we are.
And while everyone experiences some unique and personal milestones, there are also some that almost everyone has in common.
The first experience that we all experience is, being born.
It might seem strange to consider your birth a milestone, but it is, in fact; your very first one.
And while we don’t remember the moment of our births, we might have family members who do.
Often, moms and dads enjoy telling and retelling their child’s birth stories, so often that it can start to feel like your own memory.
Many people give gifts to a newborn baby and mother, which you might still have around, too.
And, even if you’re no longer with your birth parents, the moment of your birth is a key milestone in your life.
Have you kept any memories or stories of your birth!
If so, love to hear them.
As you remember those milestones, remember WHEN YOUR PARENTS GET OLD OR WHEN YOU GET OLD this saying.
Let them grow old with the same love that they let you grow.
Let them speak and tell repeated stories with the same patience and interest that they heard yours as a child.
Let them overcome, like so many times when they let you win.
Let them enjoy their friends just as they let you.
Let them enjoy the talks with their grandchildren, because they see you in them.
Let them enjoy living among the objects that have accompanied them for a long time, because they suffer when they feel that you tear pieces of this life away.
Let them be wrong, like so many times you have been wrong and they didn’t embarrass you by correcting you.
LET THEM LIVE and try to make them happy the last stretch of the path they have left to go; give them your hand, just like they gave you their hand when you started your path!
It’s the seventh day of June, Dan and I thought on continuing this segment with the series with some fun; What is it about June that’s so significant during this month?
World Caring Day – June 7, 2022
World Caring Day on June 7 is an opportunity for everyone to practice caring, which is needed now more than ever.
This day encourages everyone to appreciate those who care, and to care for them just as much.
By sincerely asking how someone’s day went, it shows that you care, and can improve that person’s overall well-being.
And in today’s competitive world, having someone who genuinely cares are blessings.
All acts of caring, big or small; are important.
However, it is in times of upheaval when caring matters the most.
For instance, when someone is facing health issues or a certain medical condition, that’s when your support and care can really make a difference.
Your loved ones should know that they are not alone on this journey.
Today would be a great day to call someone that you haven’t heard from in a long time and tell them how much you care about them.

National Chocolate Ice Cream Day – June 7, 2022
YUMMY-
Here’s a little-known chocolatey morsel of info for National Chocolate Ice Cream Day, chocolate ice cream was actually invented before vanilla.
You heard right, the earliest ice cream flavors were modeled after drinks, so chocolate naturally came before vanilla because hot chocolate was very popular in 17th-century Europe.
In fact, the first frozen chocolate recipe was published in 1692 Naples in the book “The Modern Steward,” and much later chocolate ice cream found its way to the U.S.
This day falls on June 7 to help us channel our inner Willy Wonka and pay tribute to this decadently frosty treat.
Since Dan and I try to stay away from dairy products, we substitute cow milk with coconut or even oatmeal milk.
So, no doubt we will be going to the grocery store and get our chocolate ice cream to celebrate this milestone of National Chocolate Ice Cream Day.
Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.
Today is:
LIFE IS ABOUT CHANGE, AND THE ABILITY TO ADAPT TO THOSE CHANGES. DO NOT FEAR THE CHANGING SEASONS. TASTE THE FRUIT AND DRINK THE DRINK OF EACH. WHETHER BITTER OR SWEET, IT TOO, SHALL PASS.
Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.
Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.
A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

Chapter 16; IS DIFFERENT SCREWED UP?
Today, REALITY CHECK THREE; THE EFFECTS OF PERSONALITY-
A person’s personality has a great impact on the way they think, speak, and make decisions about life.
Your own personality means that you appreciate some ways of behaving more than others.
For example, the way someone expresses concern for you is influenced by their personality.
And how you receive the comment is influenced by yours.
Which of these four phrases, representing different personality types, would you understand best to be an expression of concern for you?
1. You’re doing a fine job. I’m sure you’ll choose wisely.
2. Call me when you get the problem worked out and we will go out to lunch.
3. You should do it like this …….
4. I’ll help you work this out.
Continue tomorrow-
This is the spot that Dan and I have been posting, on the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs.
This week Dan and I have been blogging on the herb; DANDELION and the benefits.
It’s amazing what and how dandelion can help keep your body healthy?
What about dandelion for your immune system!
If you find yourself getting sick often then your immune system may not be doing its job as well as it should be.
Drinking some dandelion tea regularly can help strengthen it.
Some studies have shown that dandelion has both antiviral and antimicrobial properties which can help your immune system fight off attacks from any invaders.
They may not be able to protect you from diseases on their own, but when partnered with your own immune system they present a force.
It’s worth noting that the research on how dandelion fights pathogens is still relatively young but the fact that early results are promising should be reason enough to drink a cup of dandelion tea along with your chicken soup the next time you get sick.
Worst case scenario all you get is an energy boost that counteracts the flu-caused lethargy.
The PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.
If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.
