Your wealth is hiding under the very thing you are afraid to do. It’s time to face your fears and take action. Expect Miracles.

CONTINUING ON THE SERIES OF FEAR OF THE UNKNOWN AND STARTING A SERIES ON HOW SAFE IS MEXICO.

Hello followers,

Sometimes the future changes quickly and completely, and we’re left with only the choice of what to do next.

We can choose to be afraid of it! We can stand there trembling, not moving! Assuming the worst that can happen. However; we can also step forward into the unknown, and assume it will be brilliant. Are you ready to go! Let’s start together and step out to see what’s next.

This past two years has been something of a challenge for Dan and I; however, we made the best of it. We are looking for a brilliant rest of this year. Plans on sightseeing Virginia.

That is what we are choosing!

You can take baby steps! If you are living with a fear that can cause no real harm to you, then your best bet would be to take baby steps towards eradicating the fear. For instance, if you fear of public speaking, address a small gathering that involves your friends and dear ones to embark the first step towards killing the fear. If you fear heights, start using the stairs instead of the elevator.

These baby steps will go a long way in helping you fight your fear over a period of time.

QUOTES ABOUT LIVING

INTUITION

You can spend your life looking out, making decisions and having reactions to people and things you see. Another thought is that you can spend your life looking in, staying in close contact with how you feel in any given moment and responding to those feelings to encourage more of the peaceful ones.

If you choose the first, it seems as if you’re trying to connect with the world, but if you choose the second, you actually do.

START A SOCIAL MEDIA BLACKOUT

Encourage your friends to join you on a social media blackout where you keep your fun times off Instagram and Facebook. Maybe a small group of you has gone away for a weekend or you’ve headed out for dinner.

Whatever you spend your time doing, keep it to yourselves. This way you’re spending time together just for the pure pleasure of it and you’re protecting other people experiencing FOMO too.

This is the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs.

Continuing blogging on the herb - PARSLEY. Parsley can be used in many different ways to support almost every aspect of your health. Yesterday the topic ended with how parsley improves your blood sugar? So, today it will be on how much nutrients are in parsley?

If you take a look at the nutrients in 8 grams of parsley, which is precisely 2 tablespoons of parsley, you’ll notice that it only has 2 calories. When it comes to vitamins, it consists of 12 percent of vitamin A, 154 percent of vitamin K, and 16 percent of vitamin C.

This shows how low-calories parsley is, yet it is packed with important nutrients like vitamin A, vitamin K, and vitamin C.

Vitamin A helps a lot with acne, so if you include the use of parsley into your regular diet, it will make your skin clearer and support your immune system as well.

While vitamin K promotes heart health and bone growth, vitamin C protects your cells from getting damaged because of molecules that are unstable, often known as free radicals.

Overall, parsley is a great source of iron, potassium, calcium, magnesium, vitamins, and several other nutrients.

NEW SERIES ON HOW SAFE IS MEXICO?

STROLL TO THE PARK IN MEXICO CITY • Nov 1, 2015

Enjoy the video.

Our second day in Mexico City, we thought it would be a perfect day to go to the park to see the castle and museums. So off we went with the recommendation that it was not far and the stroll would be lovely. It was not far and there was plenty to see along the way. We walked and saw many tall buildings and financial businesses along a sidewalk until we got to the Chapultepec Park.

Chapultepec, more commonly called the "Bosque de Chapultepec" (Chapultepec Forest) in Mexico City, is one of the largest city parks in the Western Hemisphere, measuring in total just over 686 hectares (1,695 acres). Centered on a rock formation called Chapultepec Hill, one of the park's main functions is to be an ecological space in the vast megalopolis. It is considered the first and most important of Mexico City's "lungs", with trees that replenish oxygen to the Valley of Mexico.

The Park area has been inhabited and held as special since the Pre-Columbian era, when it became a retreat for Aztec rulers. In the colonial period, Chapultepec Castle would be built here, eventually becoming the official residence of Mexican heads of state. It would remain such until 1940, when it was moved to another part of the park called Los Pinos. Today, the park is divided into three sections, with the first section being the oldest and most visited. This section contains most of the park's attractions including its zoo, the Museum of Anthropology, the Rufino Tamayo Museum, and more.

It receives an estimated 15 million visitors per year. This prompted the need for major rehabilitation efforts which began in 2005 and ended in 2010.

However, it was Monday and as we approached the park, it was closed. So, I do not recommend you thinking on going on Monday.

NOTE AND REPEAT – PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth

UNKNOWN

Do not fear to step into the unknown for where there is risk, there is also reward.

Until Friday, by replacing fear of the unknown with curiosity we open ourselves up to an infinite stream of possibility. We can let fear rule our lives or we can become childlike with curiosity, pushing our boundaries, leaping out of our comfort zones, and accepting what life puts before us.
